We had a wonderful time on the retreat! The group on our trip had a ton of fun and we got in some great workouts as well. Lori, the host, was exceptional as were the accomadations. We stayed at two different properties and both were A+. I would highly recommend Soul Sana Retreats.

Day 1

Head by speed boat to Ang Thong National Marine Park for snorkeling and sightseeing, including the "Emerald Lake" know as "Talay Nai". &nbsp;Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, or adventure by kayaking or climbing up to the mountain's top to take a look fantastic panorama of the National Marine Park. Kayaking or hiking are optional, but included in the trip.

Day 2

After the daily morning Reformer Pilates class, spend the morning poolside or at Absolute's spa. In the afternoon we'll head to a beachside resort to relax at a poolside or beach cabana. We'll stay for dinner at their rooftop restaurant while enjoying one last Thai sunset together.

For our excursion, you’ll explore the colorful underwater world of Ko Pha Ngan, with its amazing clear waters, coral-filled seabed, abundant sea anemones, and incredibly rich marine life.&nbsp; After the snorkeling session, the Chantara boat stops on one of Ko Pha Ngan's most beautiful beaches, where you can enjoy a massage, or simply relax on a white sand beach with a cocktail or fresh fruit shake. For the final part of the trip, you'll enjoy sights of the rugged coastline of Ko Pha Ngan, beautiful coves and deserted beaches, while tasting snacks on the return journey to Ko Samui at sunset.

Participate in a Thai cooking lesson with Executive Chef Seksan Rattanaburee. Distinguished by a Gold Medal in the 2004 decoration and food tasting competition, as well as a 2nd place in the Food Competition Free Style Dish Cooking Contest in 2009, Chef Seksan Rattanaburee’s journey has been nothing short of illustrious. Enriched by years spent alongside the indulgence of 5-star luxury hotels, he has honed his culinary craft to perfection.
